Digital Download Refund Policy 

All products sold by Fluentry UK are digital downloads delivered via email instantly after purchase. Because digital content can be accessed immediately, please read the product description carefully before purchasing. 

 

UK & International Customers 

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days at info@fluentry-uk.com. We'll do our best to resolve your concern, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion. 

 

EU Customers

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase, provided the digital content has not been accessed or downloaded. Once downloaded, this right no longer applies, in line with standard EU digital content regulations.
